Located on Waterfront Walk, Noel’s Bar is a modern bar and restaurant with a premium canal-side location, bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to Brum.
Situated on what we are going to affectionately call the Brum Riviera (in reality: a premium, canal-side spot overlooking those famous waterways), Noel’s Bar is a little Mediterranean escape in the city. Once you step foot in this glorious bar and restaurant you’ll be transported to the sunny Med, enjoying dishes and drinks inspired by the flavours of the region.
The chefs at Noel’s have designed a delicious menu featuring fresh ingredients inspired by the Mediterranean, using a charcoal fired grill for authentic and mouth-watering flavours. They offer a range of specially sourced fine cuts of meat, which they cook to perfection on the grill, as well as hand-made pasta and ravioli made fresh each morning, and lots more.
Start your meal with some hummus and pittas, olives or bruschetta, or if you’re feeling fancy go for some oysters or caviar. Starters include the likes of Crispy Calamari, Moules Mariniere, Caprese Salad, Braised Beef Croquettes, Spicy Tempura Prawns and more. For your main you have the choice between mouth-watering chargrilled meats and fish or Mediterranean-inspired homemade pastas and risotto. Whether you choose a perfectly-grilled steak, charcoal-grilled lamb rump or grilled whole seabass, all have been cooked to perfection over the grill and served with delicious sauces and sides. Alternatively, you could enjoy the likes of Handmade Lobster Ravioli, Octopus Risotto, Tagliatelle Burrata and more.
To end your dining experience, indulge your sweet tooth with one of their decadent desserts. For chocaholics you can’t go wrong with the Dark Chocolate Bombe or Warm Chocolate Fondant. If you’re not big on chocolate, then try the Pistachio Tiramisu (a dreamy combination), Strawberry and Basil Tart, or Noel’s Cheesecake. And there’s always Italian ice cream or sorbet if you want something light.
On top of their A La Carte menu they also offer a set menu option, Sunday Lunch (featuring the likes of Roasted British Rump of Beef and Garlic and Herb Porchetta), Afternoon Tea and Bottomless Lunch too (and they have a kids menu). They offer both a standard and a vegan Afternoon Tea option and both feature their own little unique twist on Afternoon Tea. Enjoy a selection of homemade savoury and sweet treats with freshly made scones, a choice of speciality teas and the option to upgrade to a Champagne or Cocktail Afternoon Tea (the latter involving their signature Pink Butterfly Cocktail). The perfect indulgent treat in a gorgeous setting.
As well as their delicious food, Noel’s is also a bar offering a range of lovely drinks to be enjoyed alongside your meal, or on their own at the bar. Alongside their extensive list of carefully curated wines, they offer a selection of premium spirits and, of course, their expertly crafted cocktails and mocktails.
